App crashes after opening

A few weeks ago, I wrote a review saying that app crashed after opening (this started occurring after I installed an update of this app). About a week ago, another update was released that stated that update would address the issue of crashing after startup. I loaded the new update. Made no difference - the app still shuts down right after the starting screen starts up. Love this app but want it to work!!
5 stars when the app works but only one now.
